In this module we focus on one of the biggest challenges for many people in our society; namely overthinking and overthinking.

In the coming years, we will see many more, especially young people, who have difficulty managing their thoughts, so it is therefore extremely important that we take the problem seriously.

We will, among other things, to look at our daily habits and especially our bad habits and the line between having bad habits and behavioral addiction. This is very relevant when, for example, we look at our work habits, whether it applies to daily routines, working hours, emails in our inbox, work addiction etc.
